Canada: Shipping cost is based on address. Free shipping within ONTARIO, Canada for orders $80 and over before tax.
As a courtesy, we can meet customers at a mutual location in Brampton, Ontario for free delivery. These customer pickup orders must be placed through email and paid via e-transfer ONLY. Please DO NOT ORDER through the website, send those order requests to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the order date (weekends and holidays not included). For any orders following a special promotion (sale), the order processing will take longer than our usual processing time. We do not have a physical store location, however if you’re interested in picking up your products in person, please email us before placing your order.
We appreciate our customers and we like the chance to make things right with all orders. Please reach out to us if you are unsatisfied in any way, via email. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been shipped and/or received. You are able to cancel your order if it has not yet been prepped for shipment and/or sent out for shipment. Those items for shipment outside of Canada may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient/customer of the shipment is responsible for all Import Fees. We do not offer refunds or replacements for stolen packages, so please ensure your package is delivered to a safe location. We do require signature confirmations for packaged delivery. Though care is taken to ensure that products are packed well, things can happen during delivery which can lead to damage. We cannot guarantee any items once shipped (due to carrier and other unforeseen events). We are not responsible for lost packages. Send us an email as soon as defective or damaged items are received. Email email@example.com with your name, order # in subject line, email must include date order was received, images of damaged/defective product as received. If applicable –we will only replace items that are damaged/defective at our discretion. Request for merchandise return must be made within 30 days of your receipt date
If applicable, we will provide you with the return address via email to return your products. Request for merchandise return must be made within 30 days of your receipt date. Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. Please do not send your purchase back to our return address until confirmed by Ebony Rose staff through email. You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping and handling cost. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. Please use only trackable shipping service when sending your returns. We are not responsible for lost packages. All returned items will be inspected by our Ebony Rose support team and if a refund is approved, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
Promo/ Sale prices are only applicable on select items during the promotion period as stated. We unfortunately cannot backdate orders and/or change pricing once items have already been purchased.
